Wednesday Barber joined the Arizona delegation and other friends and colleagues of Giffords to honor those who were injured and killed.
Barber also introduced the bipartisan Mental Health First Aid Act, which will proved education to increase public awareness of mental illness symptoms and the services available to those in need.
