Crisis Solution is Required by the State

Beginning today, all behavioral-health providers are required to have a treatment and crisis plan in place for individuals diagnosed at higher risk for an incident. The plan is part of a statewide intervention initiative to help individuals before their mental health or substance abuse crisis escalates to the point of requiring hospitalization or being involuntarily
