I took a workshop on Mental Health First Aid on Tuesday. There was much discussion about what are called substance abuse disorders. While there are a lot of good reasons for not abusing or even using these legal and illegal substances for a variety of health, financial and social reasons, one of the best reasons is the legal problems that a person can face from being in violation of laws regarding these drugs
