Education Conneciton Partners Receive $375K Federal Grant for Youth Mental Health Initiative in NW CT

Education Connection in collaboration with Northwestern Regional School District 7 and the NW CT Youth and Adolescent Mental Health Coalition has received a three-year, $375,000 Project AWARE Community grant to support Youth Mental Health First Aid training in northwest Connecticut. One of 70 grants awarded across the nation, Project AWARE is funded by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
