Care builds hope when it comes to mental health. This was one of the main messages brought forward by Dennis Mohatt, vice president for behavioral health with the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), Friday during a conference focused on improving combat veterans’ care held at the Avera Sacred Heart Professional Pavilion.
