She also talked about the mental health first aid that CMHC offers, noting more and more people are taking advantage of the training. Hickman said a “real positive shift” for Centennial over the past year has been the addition of a full-time prevention specialist that is working on getting information out to communities so people know when they or someone they know may need help and some ways to get that help.
