Mind Your Health: Learn life-saving skills in 2015

Just about a year ago Chester County launched a campaign to provide mental health education to residents through Mental Health First Aid. The internationally recognized program is designed to teach everyday citizens the skills to help another person who is struggling with a mental health concern or a crisis. Hundreds of Chester Countians completed the eight hour class to become certified Mental Health First Aiders in 2014. This year, we hope to triple our numbers.
