Mental Health First Aid training helps families, friends, co-workers – Life

St. Clair County Community Mental Health is offering free Mental Health First Aid training to residents of St. Clair County. According to SCCCMH, one in five Americans suffers from mental illness. Many of these people are reluctant to seek help, stated Executive Director Debra Johnson in a recent press release. Or, they may not know where to turn for help. The training will offer tips on how to help.
