Mental Health First Aid Works To End Stigma by Educating the Public

AltaPointe Health Systems is offering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training courses that can teach you how to spot the signs of someone experiencing a mental health crisis and the steps to take to help. The public is invited to register at AltaPointe.org.

We spend time and effort to learn first aid skills, but statistically you are more likely to encounter someone with a mental illness than someone having a heart attack.”
