“Speak Your Mind Texas,” a community conversation addressing mental health and substance use issues in teens and young adults drew 51 people to the Plainview ISD Education Complex Board Room on Tuesday. Small group discussions alternated with large group discussions summarizing conclusions that the groups had come to.
